Al-Bazzar (Died 292 AH) narrated :
Sh'abi narrated that I heard Abdullah bin Zubair saying when he was standing close to Ka'ba : I swear by the Lord of this house, Surely Allah (swt) cursed Hakam (bin 'Aas) and his progeny through the tongue of his Messenger (ﷺ).
Now the same narration is quoted by Ahmad bin Hanbal (Died 241 AH) but he changed the text like this :
I swear by the Lord of this house, Surely Messenger of Allah (swt) cursed THAT PERSON and whoever is from his progeny.
This narration is also in Mu'jam Al-Kabeer with a different chain and there the name of Al-Hakam Al-'Aas is clearly written.
