Narrated by Ahmad bin Hanbal (Died 241 AH) like this :
“Narrated to me Muhammad ibn Abdullah from Abu Dawūd from Shu’ba who said: “Verily AlHakam narrated to us from Abdul Rahman ibn Abi Layli from Ali (as) he narrated things that if I narrate them to you, you will dance (i.e. Laraqqastum), but by Allah (swt) I will never narrate them to you.”
And Narrated to us Mahmoud ibn Ghilan likewise, and he said instead: “You will become Rafidhi (i.e. Lataraffadhtum).” Abu Abdur Raham said : This one is correct
Here both Hakam who is Hakam bin Utaybah and Abdur Rahman bin Abi Layli are Trustworthy.
Still Sunni Muhadith Shu’ba didn’t narrate their Narrations from Imam Ali (as) because he feared that People will become Rafidhi if they will hear the Narrations.
