Izhar ul Haqq is a book by the Sunni scholar Rehmatullah Kairanawi. Originally written in Arabic in 1864, this six-volume book was later translated (or summarized) into English, Turkish and Urdu. It was a rebuttal to the efforts of Christian missionaries to convert the Muslim masses to Christianity, by questioning the authenticity of the Quran.
One of their arguments was that Shia authors had raised questions about the completeness of the Qur'an. Kairanawi set about refuting that by stating:
"academically speaking, their argument on the basis of the statement of Shia scholars is false as according to the majority (jamhoor) of the scholars of Ithna Ashari Sect the Quran is free from all kinds of distortions and changes"
He then set about corroborating his stance by relying on what majority of Shia scholars had pointed in respect of the completeness of the Quran

Interestingly, in a later edition from Saudi Arabia by Ar-Riyasat u Al-A'ama lil Bahut ul Ilmiyyah wa Al-Iftah Riyadh Saudi Arabia of the same book this text has been omitted in is entirety! Look and see how low these Nawasib stoop.
