Sheikh Al Kulayni records this narration:
Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Sa‘d ibn ‘Abdallah from Ibrahim ibn Muhammad al Thaqafi from Ali ibn Mu‘alla from his brother, Muhammad from Durust ibn abu Mansur from Ali ibn Abu Hamza from Abu Basir (r.a) from Abu ‘Abdallah (a.s.) who has said the following. "When the Holy Prophet (s.a) was born he remained for days without milk. Abu Talib (a.s) himself breast fed him and Allah sent milk through his breast. It continued for several days until Abu Talib found Halima al-Sa‘diya and the child was given to her"

Reply One - The narration is weak
The Shi'a Ulema have graded the narration as weak.
Allamah Majlisi II: “Narration is weak”

Sheikh Mudhaffar: Narration is weak

Reply Two- Sunnis have narrations on male breast feeding
Khateeb al Baghdadi stated:
Ahmad bin Abi Awf says that I heard my father and uncle saying that we were sitting with Yazeed bin Haroon at Um Jafar's garden. We saw a mixed color tall man that had a baby in his hand that was suckling the man. The man said that baby's mom gave him the bird died in a deserted land. I took the baby to my nipples and Allah blessed it with the sustenance (in form of milk). (Narrator's father and uncle said) We saw him and his breasts were stretched.

Imam Sahnun records:
Malik says that the Hurmah (i.e. becoming mahram) owing to suckling can only be from milk of women. Don't you see that it came to me by Malik that when a man breastfeed a baby and kept on doing it then the hurmah doesn't take place? Verily, man's milk can't prove humrah (i.e. becoming mahram) (i.e. the baby does not become his son or daughter).

Al Nawaw'I narrates:
For a person to breast feed that will constitue humrah (making relations) there are few conditions 1, it needs to be a woman therefore milk of animal can't consitute hurmah, therefore if two babies would drink milk from same animal it won't make them brothers (owing to suckling). Similarly man's milk as per correct opinion cant consitute hurmah, Althought as per Imam Al-Karabisi it will consitute hurmah,

We read in Fath ul-Mun’im Sharh Sahih Muslim Vol. 5 pg. 622 that Shaykh Musa Shahin Lashin states:
“Aisha (ra) opined that adult breastfeeding makes an individual mahram, and she practically breast fed a young man, and he would enter upon her, but the remainder mothers of the believers denied it (adult breastfeeding) as is cited in the 12th and 13th tradition”
If Nawasib are mocking this Shia narration because it is scientifically illogical, perhaps they could explain what milk extraction she offered her male servant when she was never pregnant?
